II. Product instructions
a. Many of our products are made of natural raw materials, and there may be some minor defects in details (Wood stuttering, burrs, slight cracks, etc.), but it will not affect the use, please do not use the high standards of crafts to require our products. Customers with high requirements should be careful to order.

B. The product pictures on the website are all taken in real samples, but there may be slight chromatic aberration in different batches of products during the production process, please understand.
c. The color and style of the product are generally sent randomly. If you have requirements for the style and color, please contact customer service before placing an order.
3. Shipping instructions (delivery is divided into two types: logistics and express)

a. Logistics delivery, logistics fees are paid on arrival, you need to pick up. The logistics is shipped from Yiwu. If you need to send the designated logistics, please leave a message. Logistics fee is paid on arrival, please fill in 0 in the freight column.

B. If you want to send Express, The Express fee needs to be paid first. Please contact the customer service staff before payment, and inform the address and the required goods. We will calculate the corresponding freight amount.

c. Some products will be temporarily out of stock due to excessive shipments. Please contact the customer for inventory information before placing an order.

IV. After-sales instructions

a. We will pack every piece of goods carefully, but it will inevitably be damaged if we encounter violent loading and unloading during transportation.
Our products are already very favorable wholesale prices with low profits. Buyers find quality problems after receiving the goods, or if there is any damage on the road, they can return or exchange the goods. However, the freight for return and exchange shall be borne by the buyers themselves, the seller will not accept any return paid on arrival.
Buyers can accept it by default after ordering. Please be careful if you cannot accept it.
B. Customized and ceramic items are not accepted for return, please understand.
