2. About color difference issues.
All products of Yibin Eyewear are photographed with actual items. Due to technical, monitor, lighting, and environmental reasons, there may be slight color differences. This is a normal phenomenon, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Buyers who are highly sensitive to color differences are requested to try on the products at the physical store before placing an order. (All colors and tones are determined by the actual products.)
3. Return and exchange handling.
Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them carefully. If there are any quality issues such as frame breakage, peeling, or large scratches on the lenses, please contact customer service in time to arrange for a return or exchange. If it exceeds 15 days, our store will not accept returns or exchanges. As we are a wholesale manufacturer, we cannot guarantee that every product is perfect, and there may be minor imperfections. The return shipping fee must be borne by the buyer. We hope you can understand! (Please ensure that the goods are intact for returns.)
4. Regarding color-added orders and bulk orders.
Minimum order quantity is 1000 pairs (starting from 500 pairs per color), if you need to add colors or change the frame color, please contact customer service. If there are no styles available in this store, please provide pictures for quotation, and specify the required quantity. The larger the quantity, the more discounts and concessions.
5. About Custom LOGO.
Minimum order quantity for custom LOGO is 500 pieces, with a proofing service available, and a template fee is required. LOGO can be engraved in clay or laser, and it is important to note that once a LOGO is made for glasses, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
