1. About express delivery and logistics

logistics: customers with large orders support logistics delivery. Contact customer service to modify the freight. The logistics freight will be paid according to the actual amount.

2. Return and exchange instructions

if you are not satisfied with the product and do not like it, you can return it within 7 days without using it or affecting the secondary sales. The return shipping fee is paid by yourself. No return or exchange is allowed under the following circumstances:

A The package of the returned product is damaged or incomplete, and the product accessories or related materials are incomplete;

B repair or refit without authorization;

C not used or stored according to normal methods;

D products beyond the after-sales service period.

 3. Product wrong delivery and missing delivery

the warehouse will make a second check when the package is out of the warehouse, and generally there will be no missing issue. If there is any missing delivery, please contact customer service in time. The validity period is within 3 days after receiving the goods. After confirmation by the warehouse, we will make up the missing payment immediately.

4. Does the color and style of the product support customization?

All product colors and styles accept personalized customization or graphic customization, and the minimum order quantity is 500 per style. Due to the need for a certain period of production, customized products cannot be shipped within 48 hours. For more information, contact customer service.
