2. The freight responsibility of the return or exchange of goods due to reasons other than quality problems is the responsibility of the buyer. The round-trip freight is the buyer's responsibility. For goods with quality problems, the buyer pays the return freight upfront, and we will refund the freight once we receive the returned goods. The warehouse rejects all items with the reason of "pay on arrival" and the resulting freight is the buyer's responsibility.

4. Our prices are all factory prices, and our profits are very thin. We are just running on volume. If you are not familiar with the product, it is recommended to first order a pair to see the workmanship and materials. Due to some malicious buyers and malicious behavior by competitors, we will refuse to return goods for any reason after a large quantity of orders.
5. Quality issues: If you receive a product with a broken sole, delamination, wrong codes, wrong styles, or wrong colors, the company offers a return and exchange service, with the shipping costs borne by us. Small thread ends, minor stains, slight color differences, or the smell of glue are not considered quality issues. 7. Some shoes are export or cross-border styles, and they do not come with shoe boxes. The presence or absence of shoe boxes should be confirmed by the actual received items. If there is no prior notice, we will not support any returns or exchanges due to the issue of the presence or absence of shoe boxes after the fact.
