3. If the product has a slight odor, it does not constitute a quality issue. New shoes are bound to have a slight odor. All the photos in our store are taken by ourselves. Color differences caused by different monitors and lighting conditions do not constitute quality issues.

4. The suggested size for the shop is based on the size recommended for the majority of customers, and a very small number of people may not fit. (Please refer to the sample for the bulk order).

 Customers who return the shoes due to size incompatibility, odor, or color discrepancy must bear the return shipping costs themselves.
