The internal and external grounding of fluorescent lamps must be good and reliable, and a pre-explosion-proof power switch (supplied by the user) is required.

The sealing rings for the introduction device can be passed through cables with a diameter of φ10mm or φ14mm. If other specifications of cables are used, please match the corresponding inner diameter of the sealing rings; when connecting the conductors to the terminal posts, it is necessary to pay attention to maintaining an electrical clearance of ≥5mm; when only one introduction device is used, the other must be blocked with a metal plate.

After the upper and lower shell bodies are engaged, the locking screws must be tightened; conversely, when opening the lower shell body component, the locking screws must be loosened first.

While in use, it is important to check the gaskets between the transparent cover and the lower shell. If there are signs of damage, it should be replaced in time.

Inspection and maintenance should be performed after power is disconnected and the cover is opened.

During maintenance, the explosion-proof surface should be protected, and it should not be knocked or scratched. After cleaning, apply 204-1 anti-rust oil.

The transparent cover components are assembled into a single unit with screws according to the explosion-proof requirements when they are shipped from the factory. In the process of using and maintaining, it is generally not necessary to disassemble them.

Warning: 1. Do not open the cover while it is powered on.

2. Prohibited from damaging the explosion-proof surface;

3. The ZBZ-M series explosion-proof lighting and signaling transformer comprehensive protection device with short-circuit, overload, and leakage protection should be used as the pre-power switch.

Fluorescent lamps must have "rainproof" and "dustproof" measures during transportation.

Fluorescent lamps are not allowed to be subjected to severe impacts or falls during transportation.

Fluorescent lamps should be stored in a warehouse without rainwater invasion, with good air circulation, and with a relative humidity no greater than 90% (+20°C), and the temperature should be between -20°C and +40°C.
