1. How to inflate correctly

 1. Before inflated, use a small tool to hold the air inlet, completely release any residual gas inside to eliminate the pressure in the lighter gas canister.

 2. Press the gas cylinder outlet vertically downwards, press for about 5 seconds each time, and do it two or three times.

 3. After the air is fully inflated, please wait for 3-5 minutes before using it. If you still cannot start the fire after 5 minutes, please adjust the valve larger. (Note: + -) direction.

Special Reminder: In high-altitude areas over 1000 meters, the use of inflatable windproof and direct-strike lighters may be affected. "Fueling Steps：

1. Open the hood.

2. Engage the movement.

3. Invert the device, open the bottom cotton pad, or pour kerosene into the hole at the bottom of the cotton pad.

4. Refueling complete, insert the shell and it's ready to use.

5. Fill the tank to 8/10 full, do not overfill as it may cause spillage. The first time you turn on the stove, please be careful as there may be oil spillage that could cause the entire stove to catch fire.

 Special Reminder: Distributors should not refill the lighter oil if the lighter has not been sold or used. Refilling the oil first will cause the wick to become black, making it look like an old machine, which the customer will not accept. Additionally, refilling the oil without using it will result in a decrease in the ignition rate, making it difficult to light the lighter in the future.

 Rust inside the case is a common and normal phenomenon, caused by residual chemicals during surface processing. Additionally, in our daily use, we often insert and pull the device, and the rougher internal structure helps to secure the movement, preventing it from becoming too loose. Therefore, we do not intentionally beautify the internal structure of the movement. If the movement becomes loose during use, please remove it, lightly tap the side bottom of the movement, and then insert it back in.

3. Charging Lighter

At present, there are two major categories of rechargeable lighter on the market: electric furnace wire lighter and electric arc pulse lighter.

1. Charging a lighter takes about 2 hours, usually through a USB port, which can be used with a mobile phone charger. Some come with a built-in USB port that can be charged directly through a computer.

Gas filling method

1. When refueling, there must be no sparks or fire sources around to ensure safety. Do not smoke while refueling;
2. Only use qualified butane gas. Poor-quality gas may damage the lighter or reduce its service life.
3. When refueling a standard model, invert the lighter, align the gas bottle's outlet with the lighter's inlet, and cover it tightly. Press down a few times, each time holding for about 2 seconds. If the gas cannot be injected, it may be due to residual air in the tank. In this case, you can vent the air by pressing the inlet with a small screwdriver quickly 1-2 times, and then try refueling again.
4. When filling the Liangsheng machine, please first loosen the screw cover of the air intake with a cross-shaped screwdriver or other tools, and then operate according to the above steps. After the gas filling is completed, the screw cover should be rotated flat, not too tightly; otherwise, it will cause the lid to be not tightly sealed and the sound of the lid to be not crisp, and it will also cause the gas to escape. The deluxe Liangsheng machine should be filled with a special air nozzle; 5. When refueling the gasoline engine, the head cover should be opened, the crankcase should be pulled out and reversed, the outer layer of sponge should be lifted to add the appropriate amount of gasoline, wait for the gasoline to penetrate the inner layer of sponge, cover the outer layer of sponge, and then fit into the machine shell;
6. After refilling various lighter fuels, it is necessary to wait at least 1 minute to allow the newly charged gas to adjust to room temperature. Additionally, wait until any residual gas that has adhered to the lighter has completely evaporated before attempting to light it. If you attempt to light the lighter immediately, it may ignite the residual gas on the exterior, causing unnecessary danger. If, after refilling the gas, the flame height is too high or too low when in use, this is normal. You can adjust the flame height appropriately.

Regulate the flame
1. When using, the flame height may vary to some extent due to the decrease in product air content and changes in surrounding environmental temperature. This is a normal phenomenon, and you can adjust the flame height appropriately.
2. When using, the normal flame height should be regulated at; for windproof and direct-stream lighter, 1.5-2.5 cm; for loud, gasoline, and open flame lighter, 2.5-4.0 cm;
3. If you need to adjust the height of the flame, please use a screwdriver to align with the recess of the flame regulator; if the lighter itself has a regulating ring, you can adjust it directly with your fingers. Turn the lighter clockwise (towards the (-) arrow direction) to lower the flame height; turn it counterclockwise (towards the (+) arrow direction) to increase the flame height. Note: Rotating counterclockwise cannot exceed half a circle based on the normal flame height. Otherwise, it may damage this product.
4. Gas lighters should be adjusted by adjusting the height of the flame by adjusting the height of the flame. If the flame is too high, you can cut off a little of the wick with scissors; if the flame is too low, you can pull out the wick appropriately.

6. When using, if there is any ash or other debris falling into the fire outlet by accident, it should be immediately blown away with force to remove the debris, otherwise it may cause a fire to occur;
7. When the lid of a gas lighter, such as a Zippo, is opened, the gas begins to escape. Therefore, please make sure to close the lid tightly when not in use to prevent gas from escaping.
8. This product is not suitable for lighting. Please do not burn for more than 1 minute to avoid scalding the skin by high temperature;
9. Do not leave lighter in a high-temperature environment for a long time (50°C/122°F), and avoid direct sunlight for a long time, such as around stoves, closed car compartments and trunks in outdoor areas.
10. Due to the climate restrictions on burning conditions in areas above 3000 meters, the ignition of windproof and direct-shot lighters may be significantly affected. At this time, it is recommended to use open flame lighters;
11. For portable and other craft-type lighters, it is necessary to clearly identify the flame outlet, the actuation button, the air intake, and the flame regulator to ensure proper use.
12. Use only qualified butane gas. Poor-quality gas may damage the lighter or reduce its service life.
