1. Non-customized goods will be accepted for return or exchange within 10 days from the date of arrival, provided that the product is brand new, the barcode packaging is complete, and there is no impact on secondary sales. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip postage. Customized goods without quality problems do not support return or exchange without reasons.

2. If there are any quality issues with the goods, the return shipping fee will be borne by Jingsha. If you discover any quality problems, please submit photos of the quality issues within 2 days after the goods arrive. Please provide us with your order number. We will conduct an audit within one working day. After confirmation, we will accept returns and exchanges. All returns will be processed using prepaid courier services (the customer will advance pay the shipping fee); once the return arrives and is confirmed, we will refund the shipping fee to you.
