Dear customer, there might be a break in the roll, but it's just possible, not all rolls will have this. The broken parts are glued together with transparent tape. This is a common occurrence in our industry, not just limited to our shop. It's a normal situation. If the ribbon is cut, there might be a threading issue. Just lightly burn it with a lighter, and the threading issue will be resolved. This has nothing to do with the quality. Color differences, creases, thickness, wrong specifications or colors, or personal dislikes are not quality issues. These are unavoidable in the ribbon industry. Please note, our shop does not support returns for individual rolls because they are cut to the customer's desired length. If you are unsure, you can apply to our customer service for a sample before purchasing. For whole rolls, we support returns as long as they are not affected by secondary sales.

Shipping: After you place an order and make payment at our store, we will make and ship the products in the order they were received, with the expectation of shipping within 72 hours, barring any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of stockouts or other unexpected issues, our store will contact you promptly.

Please inspect the goods before signing for receipt, if there is any damage, please refuse to accept and contact the customer service in time. Our store does not accept unsolicited negative feedback without communication!
