Generally, before the logistics company delivers the goods to the door, they will first contact the recipient to arrange a delivery time.

2. Due to the purchase of transportation insurance, please ensure that when receiving the goods, you check the outer packaging in the presence of the logistics company's delivery personnel for any damage. If possible, open the packaging to check if the wine cabinet is intact. Only after confirming that the wine cabinet is undamaged can you sign for it.

3. If you find any missing, damaged, or incorrect item numbers in the wine cabinet upon receipt, please do not sign for it immediately. We will communicate with the logistics company immediately to handle the situation.

4. If the consignee cannot personally sign for the delivery, and needs to have a proxy sign, please remind the agent to inspect the goods in detail. A proxy's signature is equivalent to the consignee's signature. After the receipt of the delivery slip, the buyer is responsible for it.

 After-sales Service Terms

1. Compressor Wine Cabinet: The entire machine is warranted for one year, and the refrigeration system (compressor) is warranted for three years. 2. Electronic Wine Cabinet: The entire machine is warranted for one year.

2. The following situations do not fall within the scope of warranty services, but can be subject to chargeable maintenance or relevant assistance:

1) Consumer damage caused by improper use, maintenance, storage, or unavoidable forces.

2) Consumers who disassemble or repair their own products cause damage.

3) Due to power supply voltage instability or exceeding the normal range, or due to the installation of the power line not meeting the national electrical installation requirements, causing damage to the product;

4) Due to natural disasters such as earthquakes and fires, or other uncontrollable factors and human errors, causing damage to the product or dissatisfaction with its use.

3. Product Warranty, please timely feedback: explain the cause of the fault and provide related photos. If the fault is indeed caused by quality problems of the product, the warranty period will be processed as follows:

1) General operation faults are communicated by phone for operational assistance.

2) If the fault is caused by minor damage to the parts, we will send out the damaged parts and bear the freight costs;

3) In the event of a serious fault requiring professional repair, it is recommended to first seek repair at the local warranty service point. If there is no local warranty service point, it is acceptable to negotiate for repair at other local repair centers or to return the product to the factory for repair (this must be confirmed with us first regarding the repair items, the respective responsibilities, and costs to be borne).
