Some buyers have reported that the craftsmanship is somewhat rough with imperfections, and the materials are not of the best quality, which does not meet their expectations. However, these issues do not fall under quality problems. There is no such thing as perfection in everything, and buyers who are too picky should look elsewhere. All the images are taken from the actual products, and all dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2CM is considered normal.

【Shipping Instructions】
Our store's shipment volume is increasing day by day, and because toys move very quickly, we often run out of stock. Especially during the peak season for online sales, toy sales have increased, and we just ran out of stock after a while. Therefore, it is possible that some orders may not have stock after placing them, so it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will try to arrange early shipping as much as possible. We will try to ship the goods on the same day if we have stock, and we will arrange the goods within three days for those without stock. Please understand and forgive!

The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

【Signature Instructions】
Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign, contact the shop owner in front of the courier, and after confirmation by yourself, it can be returned. If you sign after receiving, the shop will not be responsible for any responsibility, please pay attention! Problem 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection.
Solution: After you sign for the courier package, please keep it safely until you have thoroughly checked it. Then, you can return it to the courier staff.
Problem 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity.
Solution: Just write down his phone number and name.

Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
