[About products]: before the buyer takes the goods, please contact me by Wangwang or phone to confirm the address, contact information and freight, so as to avoid wrong delivery! Delivery within 24 hours after confirming the order.

[About freight]: all products do not include freight. If you need to send logistics, please use logistics to pay for more than 3 products. If you need to send Express, please contact customer service to fill in the correct freight before ordering the goods. If the freight is written casually, we will not deliver the goods! Our company does not use logistics or express payment collection service! Under normal circumstances, we send Yunda Express, and we will transfer large items or remote areas to YTO Express or ZTO Express.

[About return]: plastic products will inevitably be damaged during transportation. If there is any damage, you need to return the goods. Please contact customer service in advance. The Buyer shall bear the returned freight, the seller will reissue the returned goods after receiving them. We refuse to return the goods and use freight to pay on arrival!

[About customization]: Our company mainly focuses on foreign trade orders and exports them to Japan, South Korea, Europe and America. We can process samples, customize them, or develop moulds according to design drawings.

[Payment method]: sample fee is charged for sending samples. If the number exceeds 1,000, the sample fee can be refunded. After signing the contract, 30% deposit will be paid, and the balance will be paid before shipment!
