As we are a wholesale manufacturer, we cannot guarantee that every product is perfect, and there may be minor imperfections. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these issues, and we kindly ask for your understanding! We refuse to be intermediaries, and we want to return the profits to consumers!
5. Sign-Receipt Instructions
When you receive the package, please do not sign the receipt immediately. Please open and inspect the goods in front of the courier to ensure that there are no damages or shortages. If the goods are damaged or the quantity is missing, please refuse to accept them! And contact the shopkeeper (contact information is on the courier receipt) immediately. Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity and integrity of the goods, and the shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company for the buyers!
