Small pinholes do not fall within the scope of quality issues for returns, as a drop of glue is sufficient to completely repair them, without affecting further use.  Instructions: First, fill the bottom air chamber with water or rice (the more the better for stability). If using water, do not lift or kick the part with water. Then, fill the upper air chamber with air until it is fully inflated. Do not remove the stopper from the bottom after inflating.
