2) Q: How many days will it take for the shipment to arrive after it is sent?

Answer: Express delivery: Arrival within 3 days in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and the arrival time for other regions is the same as the announced time by the express company.
Logistics category: The arrival time is subject to the actual logistics arrival time.

3）Question: How is the delivery fee calculated?

Answer: We have specialized courier and logistics partners. The specific shipping methods and costs are decided by the buyer and seller through consultation. Please consult our customer service personnel on Alibaba, and she will answer your questions kindly.

4) Question: How long is the validity period for inspection?
Answer: The validity of inspection within three days after receiving the goods is effective. If there are quantity or quality problems, it can be proposed to exchange.

Question: Is there any exchange service available?
Answer: For regular products, a replacement is available within 7 days. If it turns out to be a quality issue, the shop will bear the return shipping costs. If it's not a quality issue, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Non-conventional products, custom-made products, and products damaged in packaging that affect secondary sales are not included in the exchange range for these three categories.

Question: What should be done if the logistics breaks the goods?
Answer: Damage guarantee protects your goods.
All our goods are shipped through the freight department, express delivery, or by customers coming to pick them up. Please confirm the packaging of the goods before signing for the delivery. If there is any damage, do not sign for the delivery and inform our sales personnel in time. Our sales personnel will handle the matter with the relevant unit's contact person. Once the delivery is signed, all responsibilities will be borne by the party that signed.

Question: Will there be a shortage of goods?
Answer: All goods sent by our company have three checkpoints. If the packaging is intact and there are only a few goods, you can raise a claim within 3 days after receiving the goods, and provide the basis for the shortage. After our company verifies it, we will make up for or refund the difference if necessary. If the time exceeds 3 days, or there is no basis after the product is used, causing our company to be unable to verify it, the responsibility will be borne by the buyer.

Answer: Become our distributor, you can ask the customer service lady for free. If you are not our factory's partner, you have applied for copyright to protect the rights of our factory and distributors. If you steal the picture, you will be corrected.
