Application Scope
hand hoist is mainly applicable to factories, mines, construction sites, docks, docks, warehouses and other places, and is used to install machines and lift goods, especially for open-air and power-free operations.
Operation method
1. It is strictly prohibited to use it with oblique pull overload.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use other power operations other than manpower.
3. Before use, make sure that the parts are intact, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.
4. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly. The lifting chain should be hung vertically without wrong twisting chain ring. The lower hook frame of the double-row chain should not be turned over.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hands chain, so that the hand chain wheel can rotate clockwise to make the heavy object rise; Reverse pulling the hands chain, the heavy object can slowly fall.
6. When lifting heavy objects, personnel are strictly prohibited from doing any work or walking action under the heavy objects to avoid major accidents.
7. During the lifting process, no matter the weight rises or falls, when pulling bracelet, the force should be even and slow, and do not force too hard to avoid bracelet beating or snap ring.
8. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, he should stop using it immediately. Prevent damage to internal structures and prevent falling accidents.
9. After the heavy objects are safely and stably landed, remove the pull hoist and lower the hook.
10. After use, take it lightly, put it in a dry and ventilated place, apply lubricating oil and put it away.
