Step 2: Wait for our warehouse or factory to confirm the availability. If there are stock items, we will ship directly upon receipt of payment. (We generally have stock available and can ship the same day.)

Step 3: For products that are not in stock and require custom-made, after confirming the price, the customer needs to arrange a 30% deposit or the full amount to facilitate the production process.

Step 4: If the customer requires a prototype, we must provide a pre-production sample and charge a certain percentage of the prototype fee. After the customer agrees, we will proceed with the production of the bulk order.

Step 5: Reasonably arrange the construction period. Once the goods are ready, notify the guests. If the guests need to confirm the sample again, we can provide it again.

Step 6: 70% balance, available in two forms: Alipay and bank transfer.

Step 7: After the goods are dispatched, we will notify the client in time, or send a text message with the shipping order number, pick-up phone number, and other information.

New customer, first time to send samples, the courier fee must be paid by the customer.

 After the order is placed, we will send the payment.

 Small items, depending on customer needs, whether by courier or freight.
