退换货须知：

公司商品支持退换（除个别标注不退换的），但必须保证商品全新且不能影响我们再次销售。收货7天内不满意可退换（收货7天内必须寄出且存在物流跟踪信息）逾期不受理。

1.不满意退换货物请在收货3天内及时联系客服。（受理退换及买家发出商品必须在收货7天内，逾期不受理）退换货运费买家自理。

2.退换货物必须保证商品全新，不能影响我们再次销售。（即：不能上手或者串珠，原标签或包装拆撕。都不在退换货物内）

3.退回的商品必须包装完好，以免发回快递途中损坏（如损坏我们拒收）。注：我们公司不收到付件，如有到付只得拒收。

4.退回货物必须附上纸条写上您的①旺旺名/②订单号/③退换货原因/这三点必须纸条写上放在发回的商品内，如无纸条我们将无从受理。

关于快递：
快递费按实际收取，默认发圆通快递，如需要发其他快递，请联系在线客服；如有超重的请补齐邮费再发货。
发货时间：拍下付款后24-48小时内发货（部分需要定货的协商发货时间）
发货后：正常情况，江浙沪1～3天到货，其他省市3～5天到货，西藏新疆甘肃青海内蒙等偏远地区5～7天到货；不正常的时候有可能会在正常的基础上延误3～5天，具体到货时间以快递公司为准。
