1. Inflated products have a certain rate of damage, and we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
2. We make 10,000 units and measure the leakage rate to be 1-5%. However, the distribution of the leakage products among customers cannot be guaranteed, and it is possible that you may receive none or several. Before packaging, we will also conduct air pressure testing to avoid sending out defective products.
3. Please read carefully. If you intend to leave a negative review or complain about the leakage after purchase, please do not make the order. We all conduct business in good faith. We prefer to say it straight to avoid any accusations of concealment later on.
Therefore, due to the special nature of PVC inflatable products, it is unavoidable to have a certain rate of leakage and damage. However, we will make every effort to gradually improve and reduce the leakage rate, creating a larger profit space for both parties. Thank you.
