Answer: Self-funded shipping supports a seven-day return policy without any reason. For wrong or missing shipments, defective products, we can send a replacement or send back for exchange! If the buyer claims partial or full return for reasons such as a few defects in one or two items, we only offer exchange or supplement, and refuse to return. We refuse to accept all cash-on-delivery and SF shipments for returned products. For exchanges due to personal subjective reasons, please bear the round-trip shipping costs.
