1. About Quality Issues:

If customers find any issues after receiving the goods, we will take full responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue. We will take appropriate measures for the customer, and we will bear the postage (provided that the product packaging is intact).

2. About Returns and Exchanges:
The goods sold by our store have perfect after-sales service. If the buyer is not satisfied with the goods after receiving them, they can return or exchange them. The specific matters are as follows:
(1) The return freight costs for quality issues and our mistake in shipping are borne by us.
(2) For returns due to non-quality issues, such as size too large or too small, or color dislikes, buyers can request a return or exchange if they pay for both ways of shipping. Please note the following points for buyers who request a return or exchange:
1, must submit a return and exchange application within 2 days of receiving the goods, (starting from the date of receipt). Any applications received after the deadline will not be accepted!
2, the goods for exchange or return must not be damaged by human hands and must keep the original packaging and accessories intact. Otherwise, they will be returned to the original state and the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
3, the product's original packaging must be intact and undamaged for a refund or exchange. Otherwise, the return or exchange will not be possible. Remember this!

Section 3: About Inventory:
The number of goods displayed on the website does not represent the actual quantity. Our warehouse has a large volume of shipments, and the system cannot update in time. If you encounter situations such as stockouts of sizes or colors, please understand. Our customer service will notify you as soon as possible to seek your opinion (exchange, waiting for the goods to arrive, refund). We do not provide reserved services for goods in stock. The shipment order is uniformly based on the order of payment. If a stockout occurs after payment, the customer can apply for a refund, and we will refund the customer immediately. We will notify you after the next shipment so that you can purchase again. It is not easy to open an online store, and we hope everyone will understand!!

Four, regarding transportation:
Due to the different quality of courier staff in various regions, and it is not our staff, we are not clear about the service quality they provide, so the service attitude of the courier delivery personnel has no direct relationship with our store.
