Note: The price listed for the glasses is for the bare lenses (individually packaged in an OPP bag), and does not include accessories such as case; if you need a case, please contact customer service to order separately.

1. Specify the requirements:
Please try to learn as much as possible about the product before you purchase it. If you have any questions, please leave a message and the customer service will reply to you as soon as possible. When making the purchase, please indicate the color in the "Comments for the Seller" section!

2、Supply is abundant:
Our store has a sufficient supply of goods, so you can rest assured to purchase. If there is a temporary shortage, it will be indicated on the product display images. In the event that there are occasional stockouts that cannot be updated in time, our store will contact the buyer as soon as possible to discuss a solution. We appreciate your understanding.

Color difference issue:
All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to technical, monitor, lighting, and environmental reasons, there may be slight color differences. This is a normal phenomenon, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

4. Return and exchange handling:

If there is a return due to quality issues, please ensure that the product is intact. If any discrepancies are found after returning the product, it will not be exchanged. Therefore, we ask buyers to carefully inspect the package before signing and not to wait until after the courier or delivery person has left. This will avoid any unnecessary complications. If the return or exchange is due to a problem with our store, the postage will be paid by our store; conversely, if the buyer is responsible, they will pay. If you are not satisfied with the style, size, or color of our eyeglasses (except for wear and tear, scratches, or damage), as the optical lenses have been processed, this is not covered. The cost of the lenses and shipping fees will be at the consumer's own expense. For finished eyeglasses with processed lenses, except for quality issues, they are not exchangeable or refundable.
