Ordering Instructions

Thank you for your trust and support in Ruicheng Toys. To make it easier for you to understand us, we have listed our business process. If you are a customer looking for plush toys, stuffed animals, fabric gifts, or pillows, please check out these steps:
One, the plush products that need to be designed and custom-made by our side.
1. Please call our business or technical personnel.

2. Determine the intention of cooperation.
3. Provide samples, quantity, schedule, specifications, materials, and filling techniques of the processed products as required. Meanwhile, we will calculate a preliminary price range.
4. The client provides physical samples (two are needed, one for mold making and the other for correction).
5. The factory also charges a prototype fee; physical sample prototypes cost 200-500 per unit, and drawing prototype costs 800-1500 yuan per unit. (Note: After the order is confirmed (reaching a certain quantity), the prototype fee is refunded or used as payment for the goods.
6. The factory will produce two small samples and provide the accurate unit price and schedule for the product. (Note: The processing time for small samples is generally 5-7 working days, and the processing time for drawings is 10-15 working days.)
Customer submits feedback and modification proposals, and the factory modifies the prototype according to the requirements.
9. Sign the production contract, and collect 30% of the full payment as a deposit for regular products, and collect 50% of the full payment as a deposit for special products.
10. Factory arranges for processing and production.
11. The customer will accept the goods according to the standard and settle the remaining balance.
12. The order is completed, please maintain contact and hope for long-term cooperation.


About shipping costs and delivery:

1. Orders under 1000 yuan are sent by courier.

2. Orders over 1000 yuan can be sent by courier or logistics. For logistics, the general freight is collect on delivery, and the goods will arrive about a week after shipping. Logistics will not deliver to your door, please go to the freight station to pick up (if the place is remote, you may need to go to the city to pick up). If you need to send logistics, please contact the customer service after placing the order to modify the freight and then make the payment.

3. By default, we use China Post, Deutsche Post, SF Express, and the Postal Express for remote areas. If the default courier cannot reach your location, please contact us to change to another courier.

4. Other goods in our store can be mixed batch for a minimum of 1 yuan, and we can also make samples to order processing. We offer high-quality products at low prices. We welcome customers to negotiate business.

5. Customers with purchase intent, please act quickly, purchase while supplies last!

Please indicate the color after purchasing. If you do not specify, the order will be shipped at random! After purchasing, please contact the customer service to confirm if the product is in stock. If there is a shortage, please communicate in time to exchange the style or color to avoid delaying the delivery date!

7. Any problems caused by the incorrect address entered by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer and the store will not be held liable.

8. The store may conduct activities from time to time, including first-order free shipping or limited-time free shipping activities. This does not mean that return and exchange services also include free shipping fees. If a return or exchange is made, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.

9、Due to factors such as lighting for shooting and display, there may be some color differences. It is inevitable that there will be 1%-5% errors due to different measurement methods. Please refer to the actual goods received! Fuzzy toys are easily deformed products. Generally, they are shipped compressed, and there may be compression deformation upon receipt, which cannot be guaranteed to be exactly the same as the picture. This is a normal situation. After a period of time or exposure to the sun, it will gradually recover.
