Q1: What is the MOQ?
A1:For stocked items, no MOQ limit.
For custom items, the MOQ is usually 100 pieces per size per design.
Q2: Can you do OEM for me?
A2: we are professional ODM&OEM manufacturer, just contact us and share your design with us. We could provide clients professional advices, and we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.
Q3: When can I get the quotation?
A3: We usually quote you within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation. Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.
Q4: How can I place the order?
A4: suggest checking sample firstly.
After the sample confirmed ok, let us sign PI for beginning bulk order.
we will arrange the production after receiving the deposit.
During the production, we could send you some photos or videos for you following up your order production.
After production finished, you need pay balance and we will ship the Goods immediately receiving the balance.
For small trial order, suggest confirm design by computer mold or discussing, usually start bulk order directly.
Q5: is the sample free?
A5:For stocked samples, free. you only need to pay the shipping cost and If you have your own shipping agent in China, we could send the sample to your shipping agent and will only charge $2 of shipping cost.
For custom samples, we need calculated sample cost according to your exact custom requests, usually 35-55USD per size per design.
Q6: How long could I receive the samples?
A6:Stocked samples could be sent immediately after receiving the shipping cost, if shipping via fast international courier such as DHL, UPS or FedEx, the shipping time is usually 3-5 days.
Custom sample production time is usually 3-9days, shipping time is the same as above.
Q7: What's your payment terms for sample orders and bulk orders?
A7: By T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union, Paypal, L/C
30% deposit in advance before production, balance 70% before shipment.
Q8: What is the production time for bulk order?
A8:For stocked items, immediately (1-3 days) shipping after receiving full payment.
For custom orders, usually 20-25 days of production time such as 1000 pieces
