2. About the return repair
Returned products for repair should be labeled with the reason for the defect and identified as our factory's products. Due to wholesale products, we cannot guarantee 100% quality control, and individual defects accumulate to a certain quantity before they are returned for repair. The shipping costs should be paid by the buyer (which will be cheaper), and the postage will be converted into the product when placing the order. If there is no need to purchase again, the postage will be returned to the buyer through transfer. We generally do not accept any return express parcels that require payment upon delivery. Please do not send back individual items with problems. We do not accept such cases. We hope you understand that we do not need to waste money on postage.
3. About Customer Service
If your inquiry is not responded to in time, it may be due to a large number of inquiries at that time or system malfunctions. For urgent matters, please contact by phone. All contact information for the store is valid.
4. About the recipient
Please open the express or parcel before signing for it to check if there is any damage, lack, or incorrect items. The risk of damage, lack, or incorrect items is borne by the seller before the buyer signs; after the buyer signs, the risk is borne by the buyer, and the seller is not responsible for these risks. If you sign first and then open the packaging to check, you should ask the courier to supervise and open the packaging on the spot. If you find inconsistencies, you should contact the seller in time and note the details on the receipt and have the courier sign to confirm.
5. About the shipping time
Normal warehouse stock can be shipped by 6 PM the same day, and orders after 6 PM will be shipped the next day. For products with insufficient quantity or requiring re-production, the delivery date will be set according to the communication with you.
