5. About After-sales Service
The damage during transportation will be borne by our company, so please open the box at the logistics point to check the goods immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, please take photos within 24 hours and inform our customer service. After confirming the damage, we will compensate you for the price to your Alipay account. However, if the damage is not reported within 24 hours, it will be considered as delivered in good condition, and the customer will be deemed to have waived this guarantee.

6. About Shipping
Due to the complexity of the wooden frame setup, small orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, while large orders are generally not delivered beyond 72 hours. Special holidays will be notified separately.
