After 30 uses or 30 days, please clean and maintain the product according to the following method:
1. Turn off the power and unplug the power cord.
2. Pour out the water; remove the absorbent cotton swab, gently squeeze out the moisture, and place it in a dry and well-ventilated area to allow it to dry naturally before use. Use a soft brush to clean the absorption holes.
General fault handling

Check for problems: Is the power turned on? Is the power switch turned on?
Maintenance method: re-insert the power plug and turn on the power switch.
Check for compatibility: Have you selected the appropriate power adapter?
Maintenance method: Confirm the specifications of the power adapter.
Fault problem: No spray or low spray volume.
Check for issues: Is there water in the tank? Is the water volume sufficient to reach the water-absorbing cotton?
Maintenance method: Add an appropriate amount of water.
Question: Is the cotton swab soaked in water before use?
Maintenance method: soaked in clean water with cotton swabs.
Check for problems: Is the absorbent cotton swab contaminated or severely aged? Has poor-quality water been used that is not suitable for the machine's operation?
Maintenance method: replace the water-absorbing cotton and clean the water-absorbing holes at the bottom of the body.
Fault issue: The machine head unexpectedly got wet.
Maintenance method: 1. Turn off the power and unplug the power cord; 2. Rotate the head and remove the water-absorbing cotton; 3. Slightly shake the internal water from the head and place it in a safe position to dry naturally for 24 hours.
