3. In Guangdong Province, we support the collection of payment on delivery. After the customer places an order, we can ship the goods first. Once the goods arrive at the local area, the customer can confirm the arrival of the goods at the logistics company and make the payment. Then we will inform the logistics company to release the goods, and the customer can then pick up the goods.
Product Return/Repair
1. If there are quality problems with the products (under non-human damage conditions), the buyer can return the defective products in bulk, waiting until the quantity reaches a certain threshold before sending them back in one batch. The replaced products can also be sent back together with the next order.
2. Please send us the products that need to be repaired, please fill in correctly (indicating the contact name, address, phone number and the problem with the product), and we will return the products to you according to the contact address you have filled in.
3. We are not responsible for the round-trip freight costs for product repairs; the customer is responsible for paying these costs.
Return and exchange issues:
1. Different products have different warranty periods (usually 3 months to 1 year). If there are any quality issues during the warranty period, and it is not due to human damage, you can exchange for a new one (depending on the degree of damage to the product's appearance). The warranty period is determined by the validity period indicated on the warranty sticker affixed to the product (Note: During the warranty period, please ensure that the warranty sticker is clear, intact, and not damaged by human).
2. For customers with unsold products, if they need to exchange or return the goods (the premise of exchange or return is that the goods must be intact and undamaged, without any signs of damage or wear), they must contact our staff within 15 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. If the time limit is exceeded, and the product does not have any quality issues, it is not possible to exchange or return the product.
3. Damage caused by human, damaged packaging, no returns or exchanges, special cases can be negotiated.
4. The buyer finds a problem with the product after receiving it (e.g., the product model is incorrect, the product is missing accessories, etc. …… Please contact us within 24 hours after signing for it.
