1. Return and exchange notice:
(1) To return the parcel, you need to include: the product and its packaging, the shipping document (with the note of the reason for return), the invoice, and any free gifts, etc. Remember, dear customer, you need to take a panoramic photo plus photos of the problem details and send them to the customer service.
2. Service Time Guarantee:
(1) Shipping speed: Orders placed before 16:00 on working days will be shipped that same day. Orders placed on Sundays will not be shipped until the following Monday. During holidays, such as Double 11 and Double 12, shipping dates will be announced at a later time. The estimated delivery dates on our website are only approximate.
(2) After-sales handling speed: For all after-sales orders, we will respond within 48 working hours after receiving the after-sales application. Since the date of receiving the return and exchange products, we will process them within 48 working hours.
3. Quality or Non-quality:
A、Non-quality issues:
(1) Regarding color difference: Due to the different batches of fabric, the adjustment of shooting lighting, the resolution of the display, and personal preferences for color, it is inevitable to have color differences in online shopping; some products are themselves color-changing fabrics, and the color difference is generally not considered a quality issue. If there is a significant difference, please contact Mr. Kao Bao.
2) Regarding dimensions: Due to different measurement methods, variations between different production batches, and differences in the shape of the pillow inserts, there may be an error of 2CM-3CM for pillow supports, and about 5CM for table cloths and table flags, which does not fall under quality issues. Our measurement standard: the actual net dimensions of the outer edge (for irregular shapes such as pillow supports and seat cushions, please note);
（3）、Fine Issues: For minor issues such as loose threads, missing stitches, misaligned zippers, loose wire ends, uneven stitching, rust or scratches on metal parts, etc., these can be corrected through proper handling without affecting use or aesthetics. These are not considered quality issues. When reviewing orders or before shipping, the account manager should remind members of the "fine issues" or "small imperfections" of the product that do not affect use, but if the customer insists on accepting the product despite these, any issues that arise are not considered quality problems.
（4）、Inappropriate use: damage to the goods caused by carrying items; deformation and damage caused by the high temperature, exposure to the sun or rain; changes in leather quality, such as cracking, caused by improper maintenance during use (especially for leather products); problems caused by cleaning or use; problems caused by human error during disassembly or use (if the product becomes unusable, the cost will be borne by the buyer), these are not quality issues.
B. Quality issues: Any defects that affect use or aesthetics (e.g., fabric shortages or damage, dirt or stains, zipper disengagement, etc.) are considered quality issues.
