• 1. Genuine products from manufacturers

(1) the products of our factory are all produced by ourselves, ensuring the quality and not adding defective products. The quality of the products meets the level 1-2 standards stipulated by the state;

• (2) the product pictures are all taken manually. Due to force majeure factors such as light, reference, and display, there is a certain color difference. Please be careful to buy if you mind;
• (3) ceramic products are made in half-handmade. Minor defects such as small black spots and small pimples are normal. If you cannot accept minor defects, please do not buy them.
• 2. About wholesale

 (1)1 product, 1 pattern, 1 box for batch, please order according to the multiple of the whole box (the packing quantity is described in each product), for the product pattern, random delivery by default. If you have special requirements for the pattern, please note in the order or contact customer service;

 (2) products are not retail, not one piece dropshipping; If customers need to buy samples, they will be sold at 1.3 times the wholesale price. Please contact Customer Service for express delivery fee.

• 3. About delivery

(1) generally, the goods will be delivered within about 3 to 5 days after payment. Ceramic production and packaging need a certain period. Please contact Customer Service for urgent orders.

(2) all goods are shipped by logistics, that is, ordinary freight. Provincial capitals and major cities can reach directly, while other cities and counties need transit.

(3) the freight is paid on arrival. Generally, the freight for one box is about 10-50 yuan (depending on the distance between different cities). If you transit, you need to add 8-20 yuan arbitariec, and the door-to-door delivery fee is calculated separately.

(4) transportation time, generally, direct access: 3-5 days; Transit: 5-8 days. When the goods arrive, the customer will pick up the goods at the freight point. The pick-up point is usually in the freight logistics center of the suburb or city. (Note: the pick-up point cannot be guaranteed to be close to you, because the logistics can only go to the city or county and cannot be accurate to each district)

(5) the estimation of freight and logistics transportation time of Xinxin ceramics is only provided for your reference, and no guarantee can be made for logistics.

(6) Please specify a familiar logistics company and provide the name of the freight and the contact information (in Chaozhou); If no logistics is specified, we will arrange logistics by ourselves (goods within 2000 yuan, our factory preferentially choose large logistics companies such as Debang and Tiandi Huayu. They have many outlets and are convenient to pick up goods, but the freight is 2-3 times more expensive than ordinary logistics)

• 4. About after-sales service

(1) no matter whether the outer packing box is damaged or not, the customer needs to open the box at the pick-up point for inspection. If any product is damaged or lost due to transportation problems, please take photos on the spot and ask the logistics company to issue the certificate stamped with the fresh seal, and provide this certificate to us. We will assist the customer to make a claim. Thank you!!

(2) for damaged products, after negotiating with the logistics company, they will be reissued or refunded in the next order.

• (3) if the goods are not picked up as required, if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not bear relevant responsibilities.
