【Usage Method】

1. After installing the battery, the LCD will display the full screen for 2 seconds, and then it will enter the clock mode with a 'Bi' sound.

Press the MODE button to switch between the clock, measurement, and alarm modes, and then press the SET button once to enter the basic settings.

3. Setting Basic Information: In the clock or alarm mode, press the SET key for 2-3 seconds to enter the setting of the clock or alarm group. Then press the SET key again to enter the setting of basic information. When the basic information is flashing, you can use the down arrow key to select the appropriate value, and then use the MODE key to confirm, and remember it at the same time. In the measurement state, press the SET key to enter the setting of basic information, and input the correct basic information for each group by yourself, including weight, height, age, and gender, so that the correct measurement and calculation can be made. The above basic information is remembered by using battery power, so it needs to be re-set when replacing new batteries.

4. When entering the measurement state, use the up and down keys on the keyboard to switch to the basic information of the group that the person you want to measure was previously set to. If you want to measure a new person, you can follow the steps for setting basic information above and select a group to set; after confirming the correct basic information group and values, pressing the START key once will allow for the body fat ratio measurement to proceed.
