This product is not an artwork, and minor scratches and imperfections may occur during production and transportation. They are not grounds for returning or refunding the product. Those who are sensitive to these should be cautious when purchasing! All products sold by our store are wholesale goods, and the prices quoted are wholesale prices. We do not support a seven-day return policy without any reason. The dimensions of the goods are clearly stated on the product details page, and you can also consult the actual dimensions with our customer service. Placing an order indicates your agreement to the above terms. Unhappiness, unsuitability, or too small dimensions are not grounds for refunds!

About after-sales service:
1. Before the shipment of goods from our company, we will ensure that the product packaging is complete and tidy, and the outer box is strong. However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collision, or minor deformation of the individual color box packaging. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which will not be used as a reason for returning the goods. When receiving the goods, if you find that the outer box of the product has serious damage, or the product is missing, please contact us immediately and take photos. Once the goods are signed, it means that the buyer acknowledges that the goods received are intact, and the risk after the signature will be transferred to the buyer, and it cannot be used for any reason to require the return or exchange of the goods.

2. All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% falls within the disclaimer scope.
3. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal. All pictures are uploaded by actual shooting. Due to differences in light and monitors, there will be some color differences, please understand.
Buyer's Note:
Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics freight company personnel when you pick up the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the seal and count to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

This clause will take effect automatically when the customer decides to order our products, without the need for both parties to sign or seal separately. If you do not agree with the above terms, please consider carefully and make sure you agree before ordering products from our company.
