Purchasing Rules:
 
1. The price is the actual wholesale price, and we support mixed batch orders with no quantity limit. As long as you can place an order, we will ship it immediately. After clicking "Confirm Order," the system will automatically calculate the courier fee, and you can also see the specific charging standards of the courier company. If you need to send goods by logistics, please contact us to change the online shipping fee to logistics fee or freight collect. Logistics is different from courier, which does not deliver goods to the door, and you need to go to pick up. Because it is currently impossible to choose to send logistics or courier when placing an order on Ali, our system is set to default to send courier.
2. Yiwu small commodities, you get what you pay for. We hope you can view the product introduction and images with abstract thinking. The products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some product images have been processed by the art design team. If you are looking for a specific product from a certain manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the actual product.
3. If the product has color options, we will ship according to the order. If there is no color option, the shipment will be random, which is based on what colors we have in our warehouse.
4. Please make full use of the "Buyer Comments" section to note any special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so that the warehouse can see the notes and avoid sending the wrong goods or the wrong logistics, and so on.
 
II. Shipping Rules:
1. Our main shipping methods are two: for small quantities, we recommend using express delivery, which is convenient and fast. For large quantities, logistics is more cost-effective, but you need to go to the logistics company to pick up the goods, which is generally not very convenient. By default, the express delivery is Yunda, ZTO, and every day. The logistics is a private dedicated freight line. Every day, there are many trucks leaving for all parts of the country in Yiwu. As long as the place has a relatively developed trade with Yiwu, there is a direct truck. After the goods arrive, the forwarding company will call to notify the pick-up. Even if there is no direct truck in the county and city, the freight company will arrange trucks to transfer the goods step by step. The direct place's freight fee for one piece of goods is about 30 yuan, and the transfer fee for the place needing transfer is about 20 yuan.
2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. The logistics is determined by the updated logistics number and phone number.
3. If there is a specific logistics, please note the Yiwu phone number and address in the "Buyer Comments". The chat record will not be used as a proof.
4. The direct delivery usually takes three to five days, while deliveries that require transfers may take an additional two to three days later. Exceptions may apply. The actual arrival time is subject to actual delivery. We cannot control the logistics, but you can specify the logistics if you have specific delivery time requirements.
5. The specific pickup address will be notified by the freight forwarding company. If it is inconvenient to pick up, you can specify the logistics or send by courier.
6. We can also ship according to the customer's specified logistics, such as Deyong, Jiaji, Xibang, Tiandi Huayu. However, the freight is relatively expensive.

Within 3 days of receipt (subject to the date of signature on the shipping document), please timely feedback on product information and receipt information (fragile and pressure-sensitive items, whether there is a shortage or the actual receipt situation), and we will not accept any claims after the deadline. False or exaggerated claims will not be accepted once verified. 2. If you find any quality problems such as functional failure within 7 days of receipt (subject to the date of signature on the shipping document), please contact us in time. We will not accept any claims after the deadline. 3. When receiving the goods, no matter whether the outer packaging box is damaged, you need to open the box to check. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped proof, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer to claim compensation. 4. Refusal to accept returns for dissatisfaction or unlikelihood as the reason, without actual quality problems. 5. All quality problems of returns, please accumulate more than 5 kilograms of returns, and the return freight will be borne by our company (refusing to return through expensive logistics such as Dewang and Jiaji, please contact the after-sales customer service to negotiate the return method), if the guest insists on returning, the freight will be borne by themselves. After all, it is a mixed batch, not a retail, please understand each other!
