1.Logistics and Express Delivery Options

Our company has cooperation with multiple courier companies. For large items, we default to sending by express delivery. For small items, we can send by EMS, STO Express, and Yunda Express. If you need other courier services, you can contact our customer service to make up the difference.

2. Shipping Time

Customers who place orders before 16:00 usually receive shipping, but after 16:00 there is no guarantee of shipping on the same day. For urgent orders, please contact customer service for priority arrangement.

Note: Due to the variety of products, it is inevitable that there will be stockouts, which may cause inconvenience to our customers. Please understand. If the customer's product is below 30%, we will not notify the customer to send out the existing goods. For the rest of the stockout products, we will send them within 3 days. All customers who experience stockouts will receive free shipping for their second order! Thank you for your understanding and support.

After the customer receives the product, they should immediately check if it matches the order. If there are any discrepancies, please contact our customer service on the same day. If the discrepancy is more than 3 days, the company will handle it according to the situation.

4. Returns and exchanges.

Customers can exchange or return the goods within 15 days for free, and they will bear the return freight themselves. If the customer exceeds 15 days, they can exchange or return the goods within one month, provided that it does not affect the second sale, and deducts 10% of the damage fee. If it exceeds one month, the damage fee will be deducted by 20%.

Wig Care Tips:
1. Try to avoid high temperatures as hairpieces are not heat-resistant due to the material.
2. Wigs cannot be dyed, but if you need to trim them, you can ask a professional stylist to trim and arrange your hair style.
3。Wigs are generally washed about once every 1-2 months, depending on how often the wearer wears them.
4. Rinse with cold water or lukewarm water. Use a regular shampoo and you can also use a regular conditioner.
5. After washing, wigs should not be dried with high-temperature tools such as hair dryers. Instead, use a dry towel to gently absorb excess moisture from the wig, and then place it in a well-ventilated area to avoid direct sunlight, which could damage the wig.
After washing, do not comb the wig immediately; wait until it is dry before you comb it.
7. Use a steel comb to comb, do not use a plastic comb!
8. Curly hair does not need to be combed, just gently arrange the curls after each styling with your hands.
9. If the wig becomes tangled and difficult to comb after long-term use, do not pull it forcefully.
10. Do not spray hairspray or hair gel on wigs, as these are used for keeping real hair in place. Using these products on wigs will make them sticky.
Wigs can be tied up, but you can't tie them too high or your own real hair will come out from underneath.
12. When combing a longer wig, divide it into several sections from bottom to top, and always be gentle and patient.
13。During the process of combing and wearing, a small amount of hair loss is normal.
14. When not in use, keep it in its original packaging or on the stand, and it will return to its original shape when you shake it.
15。First, dissolve the shampoo in a suitable amount of warm water, soak for about 5 minutes, then gently sway to remove dirt. Do not squeeze or rub vigorously, as this may damage your hairstyle. After washing with clean water, immerse the hair in hair conditioner for 10 minutes. Once taken out, hang it in a dry and well-ventilated place to dry. While it is still slightly damp, comb it back to its original hairstyle, and then allow it to dry completely. This way, your hairstyle will remain perfect as ever.
