1. Quality problems (objective factors):

2. Non-quality problems (subjective factors such as size, color or personal preference):

contact the customer service staff to return the product within 7 days after receiving the goods (note the model, size and color) and send the product back to our company, and send the express order number to the customer service, the company has received the goods and confirmed that the products are in good condition for you to return/exchange.

3. Less delivery or wrong delivery:
