Shipping Instructions:

Signature Instructions:

Please (or any other person authorized to receive the goods) ensure that you check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier personnel (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier personnel sign to confirm.

If you purchase the product and find that it is not selling well due to inadequate market investigation, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange it for another model, ensuring that you have no worries. You only need to bear the return shipping costs and ensure that the product has not been opened.

If you encounter any quality issues or need to return a product, please contact our after-sales customer service. They will register and handle the situation. To avoid any subsequent disputes, please keep the product's original packaging and accessories intact, as this is essential for the resale of the item. If the product's appearance or packaging is compromised, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. We kindly ask all buyers and partners to understand this policy.
Logistics issue:

Our company cooperates with the courier companies of Best Express, ZTO Express, and China Post Small Packet. If there is a specific request, we can also send by SF Express. Customers who purchase full cases of products can choose to send by logistics. Logistics is generally shipped from Chenghai, Guangdong, and can specify the logistics. If there is no specific logistics, we will choose the suitable express logistics with the most suitable price!
