生产工艺

选择8-160目干净五杂质石英砂（严格控制水分含量）90-98份，无机颜料1-8份，搪瓷釉烧结助剂1-2份;将无机颜料1-8份，烧结助剂1-2份混合研磨成为粒径均匀的细微粉末，然后将石英砂90-98份一起混合均匀，高温烧结，烧结温度350-900°C，烧结时间：10-15分钟，可得到彩色搪瓷烧结砂。
