Shipping Instructions

We have specially trained personnel for picking and packing, who will quickly pick the goods and properly package the buyer's goods. However, with the increasing volume of our shipments, there are often stockouts due to the rapid sales of some popular products, especially during the peak sales season. We just had stock, but it was fully allocated in a short time. Therefore, there is a possibility of stockouts after placing an order for some products, and it is normal for some arrangements to take two to three days. We will try to arrange early shipment. We will try to deliver the goods on the same day if we have stock, and we will arrange to have the goods ready within three days for those without stock. Please understand and forgive!

The solution to the stockout problem: In general, we will contact the buyer to inform them of the stockout reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the buyer, the default principle is to ship as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the buyer.

If it's a courier company, they usually deliver the goods to your door. However, for remote areas, the buyer needs to pick up the parcel themselves.
If it's a logistics company, it's basically necessary for buyers to go to the local logistics company branch to pick up the goods and pay for the transportation costs.

Product Quality: All products will undergo multiple inspections during production, after production, and before shipment, and only fully qualified products will be shipped. However, wholesale is not retail, and if there are any issues, please contact our company as soon as possible.

About returns and exchanges: For a return, the product must have a quality issue that results in the loss of its intended function or does not meet normal standards. If the product is unopened and can be resold, you can apply for a replacement of the same value. You must apply for a return or exchange within 24 hours after signing the delivery receipt, and the product must be returned within 24 hours after the application.
