First, rotate the screw shaft handle clockwise to remove the butterfly screw cap. Then, take out the cover and the pressure plate, as well as the skin bowl from the cylinder. Next, unscrew the air release nut, and add lubricating grease into the cylinder (leaving space for the pressure plate and skin bowl). Afterwards, assemble the upper parts back to their original positions and tighten them. Then, rotate the screw shaft handle counterclockwise to loosen the air release screw. Step on the pedal several times, and each time the pedal must rise back to the highest point. Repeat this process to stop the oil from the air release nut. Tighten the screw, and step on the pedal twice or more. This will cause the high-pressure oil tube to generate high pressure. After lifting the oil gun, move the color plate machine, and the oil can be discharged.

   If the oil gun does not discharge oil, it is necessary to clean the filter screen and the oil gun nozzle.
