All electronic toys in our store come with their own batteries, and electric toys require their own batteries. Most of our toys cannot be used with high-pressure batteries like Nanfu because the motors in small toys are small and any damage will need to be borne by the customer.
Please contact our customer service to return the goods. Please explain the reason and reason for returning the goods, and write down the number of returned items. Please note that we refuse to receive items paid by the recipient.
Customers can exchange the goods within 15 days after receiving them, but they must ensure that the packaging is intact and clean, and cannot affect secondary sales. Additionally, the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
