Purchasing Terms

3. After the customer pays for the order and it is generated, we will arrange the goods immediately and generally ship within 1-3 days. Due to the need for stock preparation (some products may be out of stock and require production), we kindly ask all customers to book as early as possible according to their actual situation to avoid any delays in arranging the goods when you need them urgently, which could affect your business operations. For orders where the goods are available on the same day, we will ship them on the same day. Please do not worry about this.

Regarding the pick-up at the freight station, when you pick up the goods, if you find serious damage to the outer boxes, such as compression damage, please contact me to inform me of the extent of the damage and the number of missing items. We will work with the freight company to resolve the issue! We both need to share the responsibility and negotiate a solution. Please understand. Therefore, please contact our customer service personnel within 12 hours after signing, and we will make partial damage compensation or other exchange or return processing based on the actual situation. Signing the receipt without authorization and allowing the freight company to evade responsibility smoothly will put us in an awkward situation, and such behavior will not be protected by us. The consequences will be borne by yourself!
5. Regarding freight logistics, all shipping fees are collect on delivery, and the goods must be picked up at the freight station. Shipping can be provided by the customer or selected by our staff for a more suitable freight option.
