To protect your interests, please carefully read the following details before purchasing our store's goods.
1. All the direct sales and fixed-price items in our store are actual prices; buyers are responsible for the shipping fees. (The prices listed for our store's items do not include shipping fees.)
[2]. The price of most products does not include light sources, which refer to items such as bulbs and energy-saving light tubes used in lamps. Please note this for all buyers. The shipping fees are not included in the product price on our store. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
[3]. All the product images on our store are taken from actual products. Due to the lighting and angle processing during the shooting, there may be color differences between the images and the actual items. Also, there are resolution differences between each computer, so please refer to the actual items for the color of the goods.
[4]. After the buyer places an order and makes the payment, if there is stock, the goods can generally be shipped within three days. During different periods, there may be a shortage of some models in stock. If the goods are out of stock, it usually takes 7-10 working days from placing the order, production, inspection, packaging, and shipping (except for special circumstances). Buyers should understand clearly before shooting, if they shoot directly, they will be deemed to have agreed to "deliver the goods when the shot treasure is in stock".
[5]. The risks of goods transportation are borne by our store. If there is any damage to the goods during transportation, we are responsible for it. When the buyer receives the goods, they should count and inspect the goods in person with the courier/logistics company. If there is a shortage or damage, it should be noted on the courier bill or logistics shipment form and immediately contact the store owner to explain the situation before signing. After signing, take photos of the damaged goods and upload them to let our store send the damaged parts to you in time to avoid affecting the use of the lighting. If any damage to the goods is raised after signing without checking, all responsibilities are on your own and have nothing to do with our store.
[6]. The quality of staff at logistics and courier service points across the country varies, and you may encounter employees with poor service attitudes. Please understand. As sellers, we will actively assist and follow up, but please do not use your dissatisfaction with logistics or courier companies as a basis for our evaluation.
[7]. We strive to provide buyers with high-quality, safe, and fast service. However, due to our limitations, we can only commit to the shipping time but cannot make any commitments regarding the arrival time. Therefore, the arrival time provided by the customer service in any way is based on our experience and is for the reference of buyers only.
