Product Quality: All products will undergo multiple inspections during production, post-production, and before shipment, and only fully qualified products will be shipped. However, due to various uncertain factors, the loss of product functionality may occur. Our company can only guarantee a 98% pass rate, with the remaining 2% falling within the exemption scope.
Product images: more than 95% of the product images are taken by ourselves, which can more truly reflect the actual product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting level, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. The factory may adjust the product and packaging color, packaging method due to market changes and other factors. Please refer to the actual product for the final decision.

Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
