1. Color Issue: The product is photographed from a real object. Due to the objective factors such as cameras, shooting environments, and displays, color differences are unavoidable. They will not be used as reasons for refunds or complaints. Those who are sensitive to color should be cautious when shooting!

II. Shipping Issues: We will ship the goods within 1 to 2 days after receiving the payment. If there is a shortage of goods or shipping delays, our store will communicate with the buyer in a timely manner!

3. Return and exchange issues: Once the product is sold, it will not be exchanged or returned unless there is a quality issue. If there is a quality issue, we offer a free exchange or return!

IV. Logistics Issues: When wholesaleing full rolls of fabric to other provinces and cities, we default to shipping via logistics with the buyer bearing the freight costs! Express shipping is available for Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai!
