This store does not offer a seven-day no-reason return policy. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for items without quality issues.

For those who expect perfect craftsmanship, please consider carefully before purchasing. Our products are not made of pure gold or silver, and there may be minor imperfections. Please do not use these as excuses to request a price difference. Customers who do so will be added to our blacklist.

Shipping Instructions: Orders paid before 3 PM are generally shipped the same day. During busy periods, shipping will be within 48 hours. In the event of special circumstances or holidays, further notice will be provided. For orders with insufficient stock, we will indicate whether the missing items are to be re-sent or refunded on the shipping document. To improve shipping speed, we may ship without notifying for a few missing items. If you need to be notified, please note it in your order. If no note is made, we will not notify. Please keep the shipping document for future reference. For a refund, you must upload the shipping document.

Regarding after-sales service, although we focus on quality jewelry, minor quality issues are still unavoidable in wholesale.

If this situation arises, we suggest you take a photo and send it to us first, and keep the goods until you can exchange them for multiple orders together. Please select 'Agreed with the merchant' as the reason for the after-sales application.
