Definition of quality problem: A fabric has obvious holes and obvious asymmetry around B (except for style reasons). If there is obvious size, length, etc. C if there are obvious stains and dyeing (subject to the diameter of 1cm), you can apply for a return within 3 days after receiving the goods. (calculated from the date of receipt) expiration will not be accepted! The returned and exchanged goods must be brand new and unused. They cannot be washed or damaged manually. The packaging and original accessories must be kept intact and returned in the original seal. Express delivery is not accepted. Otherwise, it will not be handled!
The following situations do not belong to the replacement scope of quality problems: 1. Odor problem. (Some fabrics may have some peculiar smell after special treatment. Some warehouses have peculiar smell) 2. Thread ends are not handled clean or individual areas thread pressing, etc. (can be trimmed and restored) 3. The slight dirt on the light color fabric (it may be worn during production and sales) 4. Fabric quality or transparency (there is no standard, personal feelings and expectations, there is no standard and definition, please understand) 5. Used washed goods cannot be exchanged 6. If you do not contact us and inform us of the reason for return, the goods sent back without authorization will not be handled. 7. With regard to the printing problem, it is normal to produce a large number of printing with individual smudges and uneven printing patterns, and do not deal with quality problems. 8. For bags with side oil, the side Oil part falls off, and printing and dyeing (erasability) does not deal with quality problems.
9. The color difference problem is not handled by the quality problem 10. The differences caused by the fine texture, thin thickness, etc. of the cloth material between different batches are not handled by the quality problem.
