1. Logistics and Express Delivery Options

Our company has cooperation with various courier companies. By default, we use Best and STO Express. For other courier services, please make a note in your order. For orders over 500 yuan, we can provide logistics services!

2. Shipping Time

Express delivery: Customers who place orders before 2 PM can have their goods shipped that same day, while those who place orders after 2 PM will have their goods shipped the next day. For urgent orders, please contact customer service for priority arrangement.

Logistics: Orders placed before noon can be shipped that day. Orders placed in the afternoon will be shipped the next day.

Note: Due to the vast variety of products, it is inevitable that there will be stock shortages, which may cause inconvenience to our customers. We will not notify customers if their product order is below 30% and we will send out the existing stock. For the rest of the stock shortages, we will ...

Replenishment within 3 days. All customers with stock shortages will receive free shipping on their second order! Thank you for your understanding and support.

Out of Stock

After the customer receives the product, they should immediately check if it matches the order. If there are any discrepancies, please contact our customer service on the same day. If the discrepancy is more than 3 days, the company will handle it according to the situation.

4. Returns and exchanges.

Customers can exchange or return the goods within one week for free, and they will bear the return freight themselves. If the customer exceeds one week but does not affect the second sale, a 10% depreciation fee will be deducted. If it exceeds one month, a 30% depreciation fee will be deducted.

Note: Regarding the shortage. If it is different from our shipping list, we will carefully check each logistics link. If the situation is true, we will compensate double if it is not caused by a third party. If there is any dishonesty, we will consider whether to continue our cooperation.
