Delivery Theory
This factory entrusts 'Express' for the delivery of goods (large items can specify logistics, please consult the customer service for details).
At the moment, the following services are unavailable. Please be informed.
1. Delivery on a specific date and time
2. After the order payment is successful, changing the non-local delivery address (if the order goods are already on the way, local addresses will also not be able to be changed).
Attention:
1. Areas where express delivery cannot be delivered, only the nearest courier network will be delivered, and the buyer needs to pick up the goods at the courier network.
2. If special weather conditions (such as rain, snow, earthquakes, etc.) or special factors such as traffic control affect the delivery, the delivery time may be extended. Please refer to the actual delivery time for the exact date.
Modify the order:Your 1688 order will be automatically processed by the 1688 order system after confirmation (click 'Confirm without error, purchase'). It is not possible to manually modify the goods and quantities in the already generated orders.

This process is only applicable to non-customized products (customized products are subject to mutual agreement, and default non-quality issues do not support returns or exchanges).
If any quality issues are discovered within 48 hours of receipt, please contact customer service to register and process the issue. If the quality problem is confirmed, we will support a refund/exchange (the shipping fee will be borne by our store).
Exchange and Return Conditions:The store offers a 7-day no-questions-asked return service for consumers.
For the following items, we regret that we do not provide a refund or exchange service.
1. Used and damaged by human goods
2. Quality problems caused by customer's own reasons
3. Goods received more than 7 days after the shipment
4. Did not send back the product list or did not indicate the reason for the return and the quantity of returns on the product list.
5. The product's packaging, accessories, and free gifts are damaged.

Return process:1. Please confirm if the goods you want to return meet the corresponding return and exchange conditions.
2. Register the relevant return and exchange information with customer service (please be sure to contact customer service personnel for processing)
3. Log in to your 1688 account, select the product, and click on the return option. Select the refund reason as "Consensus with the Seller."
4. After the refund officer agrees with your application, return the goods to the following address.
After sending the goods, you need to re-enter the return page and click "Fill in Logistics Information" to fill in the logistics company, logistics order number, and contact phone number.
6. Upon receiving your returned goods and confirming the approval (confirming that the accessories are complete and there is no impact on secondary sales).
