Delivery Issue:

a. Please have the buyer personally sign for the delivery. If the buyer specifies someone else to sign for them, the seller will assume that the buyer has personally signed for the delivery.

Please the buyer must first inspect the goods before signing for, if there is any damage, please refuse to accept and return, if there is a shortage of goods, please contact us on the spot to explain the situation.

After the buyer signs for the goods, it is deemed that the goods are intact and undamaged. If any missing or damage caused by the courier is discovered later, the seller will no longer be responsible or obligated.

This declaration is an indivisible part of the goods offer, and it will be deemed as agreed upon by the buyer upon the completion of the purchase, regardless of whether the buyer has read it. The risk of damage or loss of the goods is borne by the shipper until the goods are delivered (signed for by the recipient), and thereafter, the risk is borne by the recipient.
