About the receipt issue: Due to the busyness of the warehouse packing. Please check the number of items and the weight on the box when receiving. If you feel that it does not match the actual, you can open the box to inspect the goods. If you find anything wrong, you can directly reject the receipt and return the goods!!

About the delivery time issue: The shipment is sent from Shenzhen. It will take 1-2 days to reach within Guangdong Province. For provinces outside Guangdong, it usually takes 3-4 days. For remote areas, it takes 6-8 days, such as Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shandong, Qinghai, and Ningxia.

We will ship the order according to the color you selected. However, due to the possibility of stock shortages, the warehouse may automatically mix colors of the same style in other colors. We apologize for any inconvenience and understand that it is not possible to contact us one by one to make changes. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can request a replacement when you return the product next time.

Product Return Instructions:

We do not accept returns or exchanges without a reason, but if there are quality issues, we can exchange the product. We do not avoid problems and actively negotiate to resolve them. For quality issues, please return the products after accumulating more than 100 pieces and return them in one batch.
